The tradeoff is distribution. A Power Apps mobile workflow is usually not a consumer app listed as a standalone branded app. It is a business app inside the Microsoft platform. That is an advantage for governed internal work and a mismatch for public app-store products.

Google AppSheet: best mobile app builder for field data

Google AppSheet works when the mobile app is mostly a structured data workflow.
